Is Ka’ba an Idol?

26 May

Is Ka’ba an idol?

When I say Idol worshipping is wrong, people tend to defend themselves saying, “Oh yeah! Even you people worship an idol?”
“Whaat? What are you talking about? We are the ones who say NO IDOL WORSHIPPING!”

“Hmm..then what’s that black big idol you prostate to?”
“Why do you want to pray in a fixed direction?”

“Wow! what a legitimate question :)”
“You have the right to ask such questions and I appreciate them too!”
“Ask more questions so that you get more clarifications!”

This is the most common, popular, famous, blah blah blah whatever u say, question they ask.

Yusha Evens (ex-Christian) once said that when he realized the faults in Christianity, he started reading about other religions. He went to a library, and got a book named ‘All about Islaam’ (Pretty much attractive isn’t it?). He started reading n reading. You know what he read there? “Muslims are one who worship a black cubid in the middle of a desert!! (loooooooool :D:D:D:D). They kill the non-muslims wherever they find (erm..handsup i’m gonna shoot you hehe :D)”

He got scared and said “O my God! Thanks I didn’t see a Muslim yet” (Oh! poor boy :D)

This went along few days. And one fine day, he started chatting with his friend (I don’t know whether he was a close friend or a newbee). While chatting, that ‘friend’ asked him, “Do you know anything about Islaam?”.
He said, “Oh Yeah! I KNOW EVERYTHING!!”. (??!!)

“Okey! What do you think about it?”
“They worship a black cube. They kill whomever they see.”

I guess that friend should have laughed till his heart because I did it when I heard this.
He asked, “What do you think about me?”
“Well, you are a nice person”.
“I am a Muslim.”
“WHAT?”
“I am a Muslim!”

He should have immediately realized that what he read in the book must be a manifest error, because he see his friend would never kill him. He started learning about Islam, from a ‘practicing’ Muslim and guess what HE IS A MUSLIM NOW! WORKING SERIOUSLY TO SPREAD THE MESSAGE TO OTHERS!

I know this is a bit off topic, but for those who wish to see his conversion story listen to this ‘How Bible brought me to Islam’:

I said all these things because, don’t judge Islam through some idiotic ill mannered books which try to cover the burning sun. Ask a Muslim directly or go to a masjid near your place to learn about it!

Okey lets get back to the actual question.

a) Is Ka’ba an idol??

Lemme give you the difference between the ka’ba and an idol.

Ka’ba is a building. It stands upon a 25 cm (10 in) base, which projects outwards about 35 cm (14 in). It is approximately 13.1 m (43 ft) high, with sides measuring 11.03 m (36.2 ft) by 12.86 m (42.2 ft).

Ka’ba is the first masjid build on the face of earth, to worship God.

“Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at (Becca) Makkah – blessed and a guidance for the worlds.” [AlQur’aan Chapter ‘The family of Imran’ 3:96]

People prayed inside the ka’ba. Are you ready to pray inside your idol? That’s impossible isn’t it?

Bilal (radhi allahu anhu) the mu’adhin (caller for prayer) of the Prophet’s time used to STAND ON THE TOP OF THE KA’BA, to call people for prayer.

I BET ANYONE CAN DO THE SAME TO YOUR IDOL???
YOU STAND ON IT’S TOP? YOU DARE PUT YOUR LEG ON IT?

We did, BECAUSE IT’S NOT OUR GOD!!!

b) What about the black stone, you kiss it?

Okey, you say it’s an idol, just because we kiss it? Then I will quote the statement of Caliph Umar bin AlKhattaab (radhi allahu anhu), the one to whom Shaitaan feared.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 26, Number 675:

Narrated Zaid bin Aslam from his father who said:

“Umar bin Al-Khattab addressed the Corner (black stone) saying, ‘By Allah! I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet touching (and kissing) you, I would never have touched (and kissed) you.’ Then he kissed it and said, ‘There is no reason for us to do Ramal (in Tawaf) except that we wanted to show off before the pagans, and now Allah has destroyed them.‘ ‘Umar added, ‘(Nevertheless), the Prophet did that and we do not want to leave it (i.e. Ramal).’

You can get 3 solutions from this narration:

1) The Black Stone in itself doesn’t possess any power. It can’t benefit it can’t harm.
(I don’t think you believe your idol does not possess any power?)

2) They did that during the pagans time, to show-off that they too are powerful now. (You should read the entire history to know the atrocities of the pagans and how much they belittled their own people just because they said MY GOD IS ONE!)

3) We would never touch the stone except that Prophet (Peace be upon him) had done it.

Personally I am saying, when I go to Makkah I don’t touch the stone. It’s so crowd there.  AND IT’S NOTHING WRONG IF YOU DONT TOUCH IT AND KISS IT! YOU KISS IT, YOU DON’T KISS IT..IT’S ALL THE SAME!!

BECAUSE THE BLACK STONE IS NOT OUR GOD!!!

c) Why do you pray in a fixed direction?

Since all your claims went futile, you are picking up on directions now?!

I don’t see how praying towards ka’ba becomes an idol for you?
NOTE: We pray TOWARDS Ka’ba and not TO ka’ba.

(I guess you will not say the same to your idol, because you clearly know YOU ARE PRAYING TO THAT IDOL).

Praying towards a fixed direction, in rows and rows is an excellent way of organizing us. Lots of people converted to Islaam, just after they saw the prayer of Muslims in person. DO YOU KNOW THAT?
They wonder what an excellent system of prayer is this!!! You all are equal in front of your Lord, no matter white or black, rich or poor!

(Remember: What you see here is the top of the 3rd floor. The 1st and 2nd floors inside the masjid have been already filled!! And you will see people praying in the road if you are blessed being there. I wish you will get to go there one day, as a believer submitted to Him alone)

Actually, first God ordered us to pray towards Masjidul Aqsa in Jerusalem, and then the direction order came to Ka’ba.
If we worshiped direction as a God, we wouldn’t be changing directions here n there. But we simply do it BECAUSE IT’S THE ORDER OF GOD!

Hey, even if there is no ka’ba WE WOULD STILL BE PRAYING TO OUR LORD in an uniform way.
ARE YOU READY TO WORSHIP Y(OUR) GOD, WITHOUT AN IDOL???

d) See this picture, isn’t it a ‘shiva lingam’? (A shiva lingam is an idol of one of the Gods of Hinduism)

Hahahahaha.. this is one of the most funniest thing I had ever came around. 😀 😀 😀 😀

Its not shiva lingam or any other idol, it’s called ‘Makaam AlIbraahim’ meaning the place of Prophet Abraham (Peace be upon him).

Look at the close picture of that.

I think I don’t need to explain anymore, this picture speaks for itself!

Just because you see something ovel shaped, THAT BECOMES YOUR GOD?

What can I say about your foolishness? Its a gold coated glass my dear.

I know you are biting your tongue!

ISLAAM IS THE RELIGION WHICH SAYS, STOP IDOLATRY AND COME TO WORSHIP OF ONE TRUE GOD!

Actually there were 360 idols inside ka’ba, BEFORE THE PRE-ISLAMIC PERIOD. Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) destroyed all the idols and said, “WORSHIP BELONGS TO THE ONLY ONE GOD!!”

Till date, there is not even a single idol inside the entire city of Makkah and Madinah. BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME!

Next thinking –> Is God He or She or It?

How to Memorize AlQur’an at Age 7!

1 May

This is a very inspiring story for those of us who ‘strive’ to memorize the words of Allaah and for those who strive to make their children memorize it.

I read this ‘WORD BY WORD’  and hope you would do too!

One Mother’s Recipe on how she accomplished it with her daughter!
Commentary by Muhammad Alshareef

[Chapter 1]My SMART Result
What was the mother specifically aiming to achieve?

My SMART Result:

I was specifically aiming for her to memorize all the Qur’an in about 3 years (as I had heard that people normally finish in 3-5 years). However, she finished in 2.5 alhamdullilah.

I had different targets during this time. In the beginning I had no target. Once we got the hang of it (after about 5 juz) we targeted one juz a month (which was a page/day).

By the end, though, my target was to do a juz a week.

[Commentary]
1. Notice how even though it was her daughter that was memorizing, SHE adopted the goals as
if it were her own. Awesome.
2. Notice as well that she adjusted her specific results as time went by. She was flexible. When
her daughter got stronger, she adjusted her results to match that strength.

[Chapter 2] My Purpose
Why was this goal of her daughter memorizing the Qur’an at such a young age an absolute must?

My Purpose

Overview:
1. Why was this an absolute MUST! What this meant to me
2. Life taught me
3. Dream Bigger Dreams

[I ALWAYS WANTED IT]

I always wanted all my children to be huffadh, [ROLE MODEL] like Umm Sulaim’s
sons, radiAllahu anhum. However, I never thought that I will end up teaching them myself. I was waiting for a madrasah to start in our city for girls, when my husband suggested that I should try doing it at home until something starts for girls. Although, it was a very informal suggestion but it actually turned practical only by the permission of Allah.

[BEST GIFT PARENT CAN GIVE]

I think this is the best gift parents can offer to their children.

[SUCCESS OF HEREAFTER MOST IMPORTANT]

To me, true love is not when you want to see your child successful in this dunya only, but to see their ultimate success, which is the success of the akhira. And if they get that then it automatically offers the success of this dunya too, bi idhniAllah.

Often times, as parents, we limit our vision for our kids within the bounds of this
dunya alone. We want more and more for our children for this dunya.

From the day they are born, we start setting ‘high goals’ for them, from having good education, to best job, to big house and a latest model car etc. etc. and it never ends.

[OTHERS HAVE SMALL DREAMS FOR ISLAM, NOT ME]

Why then we don’t have the same standards for the akhira?! Will we ever
compromise with just elementary school education for our children? Why then just once-a-week-Sunday school suffice us? Will we ever let them stop with a high school diploma? Why then only 5 daily prayers, fasting in Ramadan, giving zakah and offering one hajj makes us happy?! Why say ‘ that as long as they enter jannah…’?! Why not, ‘ I want my children to enter Jannat-ul-Firdous and not just jannah, I want my child to be standing among the Sahaba, in the company of the Prophet sallahualaihi wasalam on the Day of Judgement (inshaAllah) and not just with regular Muslims’. Why do we have limited goals for our children for their akhira and unlimited for the dunya!

[ULTIMATE GOAL: LEARNING THE DEEN OF ALLAH]

And that is perhaps why memorizing Qur’an was a baby step towards making her learn the deen of Allah.

[FILL THEIR BRAINS WITH THE MOST PRECIOUS OF KNOWLEDGE, THE QURAN]

If we are given an empty shelf to decorate, we will start by putting the more
expensive and valuable materials in the front and then if we have space left we will put the extra things, and to me this is exactly how the children are. They are given to us with empty minds and it is our, parents, responsibility to fill our children’s brain with something valuable first.

[ROLE MODELS, IMAM AHMAD’S MOTHER]

Among the heroes of Islam, 3 men were always very inspiring to me: Imam Ahmad, Ibn Taymiyyah and Sh. Bin Baz (rahimuhullah). And Imam Ahmad was a prime example of not only a hufidh in young age but even his mother’s role was such a big inspiration.

[I DID THIS BECAUSE WHEN I START SOMETHING I FINISH IT, IT’S MY IDENTITY]

Why was I so bent on her finishing at a young age.because this is just how I am. When I start something believing in it, I just can’t stop in the middle. And I must admit that when I started with my daughter it was like throwing an arrow in the dark. I only got more encouraged we went along. I started with her when she was 5. She was in 1st grade home school. I figured that even if it takes her 3 years to memorize and she misses out on homeschooling, she will still not be behind in her secular studies.

[LESSONS ALONG THE PATH]

And the more my daughter kept memorizing the more I realized that:

* Small children are easy to please. Small rewards mean a lot to them and they are satisfied with little. Whereas older children have ‘bigger’ demands.

* Younger children’s world revolves around their parents. Honestly, sometimes
even just offering to give her 10 kisses will motivate her to finish her lesson! I don’t think this would have worked with an older child!

* Small children (especially those who have not been to school) don’t know what they miss out by staying home. Older children (especially teenagers) know the ‘fun’ of outside world and it is tougher for them to sacrifice.

* Small children are easy to discipline, intimidate and control.

* I believed that whatever a child memorizes in an early age is not easily
forgettable. And besides, if she finishes in an early age, she will have a LOT of time to review and the more she reviews the stronger it will stay in her memory,
inshaAllah.

[MEMORZING QURAN WAS “NOT” THE ULTIMATE GOAL, THERE WAS SOMETHING BIGGER]

Besides, I had a bigger goal in my mind (may Allah az Zawjal accepts it and make her successful). As I said, memorization of Qur’an was just the first step. I wanted her to do memorize Bukhari and Muslim as well. I thought it will take a lot of time and our lives are short, so the sooner the better.

Although, now she is memorizing Bulugh-ul-Maram and Riyadh-us-Saliheen (sh.
Yasir suggested these books instead of Bukhari & Muslim). She alternates between two books, one baab from each.

[IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGHER DREAM]

She also had the opportunity to travel to Egypt last year and stayed there for the summer. She attended Cairo Institute. Now she is continuing with the same institute through the internet & webcam. She has the same teacher as she had in Egypt and it is walhamdullialh working out great. She can speak fushah Arabic now. They have a total of 12 levels of the course, she just finished her 7th level. Now inshaAllah she will be doing ‘balagha’ which her teacher said is the most difficult and goes into the Qur’anic style Arabic. I recommend this institute to all the parents!

[Chapter 3] My Massive Action Plan
What were the top 10 things she did to reach the end zone?

My Massive Action Plan
Overview:

1. The top 12 massive actions I took
2. The 80/20 rule: The 2 most important actions
3. Final Advice

1. [NO.1 MAKE DUA!]

Make du’a: and by Allah, if it wasn’t for His Mercy, this would have never happened. The days I would forget to make du’a, that day would be terrible.

It is a weapon of every believer and a ‘special’ weapon of every mother! So as
much as she uses it, it will only help her and her child.

2. [CHILD KNOWS REWARD AND HAS PURPOSE]

Motivation (hers and mine): Constantly reminding her why she was doing it, reading her the meaning of her lesson, talking much about Jannah and jahannum. As My daughter says that had she not knew the reward, she would have never done it. (And yes, the parents need to realize that the children, even as small as 5, can have a good concept of Jannah and hellfire).

3. [CELEBRATIONS]

Positive reinforcement: Set up a reward system. She had a daily reward, weekly
reward and ‘juz’ reward. Daily reward was necessary because small children can’t focus for too long. So to make her wait for the whole week was not working out.

We strictly followed the madni mushaf and went by lines. For every line she
memorized, she would get 10c and this was to encourage her to take more new
lesson. (when she started taking a lot, I started rewarding by page!! )

Weekly reward: if she won’t take any days off and finish her lesson throughout the week, she will get to go somewhere ‘fun’ on the weekend. Sometimes, that ‘fun’ place was simply going to a relative’s house (as I said, ‘smaller children are easier to please’).

And for every juz she memorized, she will get a party where all her friends will
come over, play games, eat and she would get gifts.

4. [START AT FAJR]

Waking up after fajr. I didn’t realize the barakah in time until I actually started
waking my daughter up early to do her lesson. If we hadn’t done this, she might
have still be memorizing.

5. [DISCIPLINE]

Fear factor: I still don’t know if this is the right thing to do or not. I could’ve been more patient. But I don’t know if there was only love and reward and no
‘intimidation’ then how successfully we would have achieved this task.

If she wouldn’t finish her lesson, she wouldn’t get to play outside or ride her bike etc. She was punished but I would always talk to her later about the importance of finishing what she was supposed to do each day. And I tried not link the punishment to the Qur’an rather to her discipline and misbehaving.

Also, being strict helps because otherwise when a mother is also a teacher,
children like to beg and nag for smaller lesson or days off and act ‘spoiled’.

6. [CONSTANT REMINDER OF OBJECTIVE *Important]

Encouragement: Everything that was done for her during these 2.5 years, was
associated to her memorizing Qur’an. Even if I cooked something that she liked
was because ‘she was memorizing Qur’an’. Reminding her throughout the day that she was special because she was doing something special and not everyone gets to do it. (But at the same time, kept reminding her that she was doing this to please Allah alone)

7. [SPECIAL REWARDS]

More rewards: these were the ‘special’ rewards from her father and she did take
them very seriously. These were set after every 5 juz.

When she had last 15 juz left, we motivated her with a ‘big party’ not only with her friends but this time she would even get to invite their parents and she got VERY excited! SubhanAllah she was really looking forward to it and finished 15 juz in 3 months!

8. [UNBREAKABLE SCHEDULE]

Discipline: A schedule was set up. We wouldn’t go any where during the day time (usually until 5pm), no phone calls, no social activities except for the halqah, doctor’s appointments etc.

9. [REAL LOVE: YOU’LL THANK ME ONE DAY]

I don’t know what to call this. Regardless of all the encouragement, rewards AND intimidation, some days (or should I say many days) I would have to simply ‘force’ her to memorize and review. This is where the ‘fear factor’ comes in handy. I would just tell her that inshaAllah one day she will appreciate what she was doing. And perhaps this is where I had to be more disciplined and strong and didn’t give in.

10. [PEP TALKS]

Good communication: This was not only good for my daughter but even for me.
Whenever, I was not able to be patient with her, talking to her about it later on only relieved my guilt feelings. This may not seem so important but I believe that it makes a big difference.

11. [ACCEPT FEEDBACK]

I never discouraged questions or complaints from her so I knew exactly what would be going through her mind, and I would talk to her about it. Like why she was unable to play like neighbor’s children outside, or why she couldn’t go to school, or why she was the only one memorizing etc.

12. [COMMUNICATE INTENTIONS AND PURPOSE]

Especially the year before she finished, I had gotten very busy with my own studies and dawah events and ended up wasting a lot of her time. Then right after the conference finished, I felt so guilty and promised myself to make it up to her. So I dropped everything that I was involved in and completely concentrated on my daughter. I had a long conversation with her and I explained to her that we had wasted a lot of time and she was able to do much more then what she was doing, so why not increase our lesson but It will require some sacrifice from her and I explained to her that she may not be able to play as much as she used to, or go out as much or spend her weekends at grandma’s etc.

I think when adults communicate with the children and explain to them why they are doing certain things, the children feel the ‘responsibility’ of doing what the adults are asking them to do.

And I do believe that the communication with her helped a lot because she knew exactly why she had to be on a very rigorous schedule of 8am to 8pm (in
the last few months) And subhanAllah she did move from on page/day to 2/day to 3/day to 4/day and finally 9/day)

[THE 80/20 MOST IMPORTANT: DUA AND FAJR]

The top two actions will be: making du’a and starting lesson after fajr.

[GOT A BOY?]

There is just one thing that I must mention though. All my experience is with a girl. Now that my son is memorizing, I feel like boys are very different from girls-good and bad.

[FINAL ADVICE: PARENTS MUST BE RIGHTEOUS]

And although you didn’t ask for this but there is just one thing I want to say:

During all this time of memorization (and of course even after this) parents must
watch out their own actions too because this is not only an achievement
for the child but it is a blessing and Rahma of Allah to be a parent of someone who has memorized the Qur’an and this blessing is not given to everyone. A wrong action on parent’s part may affect the child too. We must improve our actions and we must keep our intentions pure so our children can turn out even better, inshaAllah.

P.S. One more thing. I don’t have a TV at home but once in a while I do let my children watch something on computer DVD.

But whenever My daughter would watch something, the next she would have a hard time doing her lesson and I would regret why I let her watch the cartoon! So minimize the TV in their lives when they are memorizing Qur’an (and even afterwards!)

God Inside OR Outside?

26 Apr

God Inside or Outside?

Nowadays, we getta common reply from people, “God is no where outside. He is now here ‘inside me’. I just need to realize Him within myself and thats the purpose of life.”

I dont understand whether they know what they are speaking about?!

Lemme try to make them know/realize.

Well..to me.. those who say ‘No God’ and those who say ‘God inside me’ are the same.

The former denies God because of his ignorance and the later denies God even after knowing His presence.

Yep..the second group knows there is a God. Their knowledge will never comfort them denying Him. So what they do, “Ok..God is there bt let him be there ‘inside me'”.

Hmm…

Lemme ask 4 questions to them,

Is God inside you? meaning Are You God?

1. My God created this world and whats inside in it. Bring me another world IF YOU CAN?

2. My God makes the sun to rise from the east. Make it rise from west IF YOU CAN?

3. Try to stop the ‘soul’ which my God takes away..IF YOU CAN?

4. Ehh..juz create a ‘house-fly’ like the one which my God created?

Afterall, you cant even create a ‘house-fly’ and YOU ARE GOD? YOU HAVE GOD INSIDE YOURSELF?

WHATS YOUR EXPLANATION OF GOD IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Unless and untill these kinda ‘evil thoughts’ are erased, there will be people ‘DENYING GOD’.

Islaam just plucks it ‘from its root’!

Two things you need to knw in Islam:

Point 1:

The CREATOR is NOT EQUAL to the CREATIONS.

There is a ‘clear’ ‘distinct’ difference between the Creator and His Creations.

Both will have its similarities ‘only’ in ‘wordings’.

For example:

I see and my God sees.

But for me to see, I need eyes, light. Eventhough if I hv them, I can see only a limited distance.

But my God dont need an eye ‘like us’, no need of light and His vision comprises ‘everything’.

Nothing can escape His sight.

He knows what enters this earth and what leaves it!

“He knows that which goes into the earth and that which comes forth from it, and that which descend from the heaven and that which ascends to it. And He is the Most Merciful, the OftForgiving.” [AlQur’aan Chapter Sheba 34:2]

Because of this we dont worship, ‘man-made’ idols.

Wherever we see, people make God as ‘humans’ or ‘animals’.

Definitely, Islam saves people from the ‘evil’ of worshiping the ‘Creations’.

Point 2:

THE CREATOR WILL NOT BE INSIDE HIS CREATIONS.

Because of this, we NEVER say God is inside a stone, God is inside a tree, God is inside a cow, God is inside you, God is inside me.

All these are the creations of God. God will not be there inside His creations. If there, then He is not a God.

And because we say God is inside us, some will say, “No God is more inside me than You. SO WORSHIP ME” (??!!)

YOU GOT THE EVIL WHICH IT ENDS UP WITH?

Just a small thought,

We decay inside this earth when we die. Then what happens to the God inside us? He decays too?

We believe, God will put some of us into Hell. This means God puts Himself into Hell?

I will NOT attribute sucha ‘disgusting‘ thing to my God. I ask His protection !

Dont look God as an INTERNAL ATTRIBUTE or as an INTERNAL CHARACTERISTIC. He is OUTSIDE us..He is an EXTERNAL ENTITY…. AN EVER LIVING EXTERNAL ENTITY!

When there was ‘nothing’ HE WAS THERE!

When everything will be destroyed ‘to nothing’, ONLY HE WILL BE THERE!

“And do not invoke any other diety with Allah. There is no deity worthy of worship except Him. Everything will be destroyed except His Face. His is the judgement, and to Him you will be returned.” [AlQur’aan Chapter The Stories 28:88]

These two points are ‘life vein’ of Islaam.

These two points makes Islaam ‘distinct’ from other religions.

Finally, I will say what Prophet Abraham (Peace be upon him) said,

Indeed, I have turned my face toward He who created the heavens and the earth, inclining toward truth, and I am not of those who associate others with Allah.” [AlQur’aan Chapter: The Cattle 6:79]

Requirements For A God!

6 Apr

Requirements For A God!

Hi there! I guess u have attempted the quiz and thought “You shouldn’t call this as a ‘quiz’” lol 😀

Well..anyways, if you have read God or Gods?<–if not click there, you would have come to know that the majority religions (almost all of them) claim that THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD.

But claiming is not just sufficient isn’t it?

Truth in text but falsehood in practice.

Yes, 99% mankind knows that there is only one God but worship many ‘Gods’.

Yes! They worship many things as worshiping a God.

Now, why is this happening?

This happens because we don’t have proper understanding of ‘Who is God?’

Just because some one says, He is a God we shouldn’t believe in it.

We should examine, analyse, get convinced and then believe in it.

For me, God needs to fulfill certain requirements.. ofcourse there should be some qualifications.

Afterall to be a manager in a company, you need some abilities. To be THE GOD OF THE UNIVERSE, He needs some abilities too.

Now I will tell you, what kind of requirements I list for God.

Requirement 1:

He should have all powers, all allll powers. He should be able to create, protect and destroy.

Reason:

I don’t believe in the concept of one God for creation (Brahma), one God for protection (Vishnu) and one God for destruction (Shiva).

Why can’t a creating God protect? Why can’t a protecting God destroy? A God should have all powers.

(For those who don’t know who are Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva they are God’s’ of Hinduism. Majority say they are 3 different Gods and some say it is one God in 3 forms).

Requirement 2:

If God gives something, no one should be able to take it back, except Him. If He takes away something, no one should be able to give it.

Reason:

If God gives something and other takes it away, this means the former one has failed. My God will NEVER FAIL.

This may seem a simple requirement but this is very important. If My God takes away my life, no one should be able to give it back, except Him.

Requirement 3:

If God creates something, no one should be able to create the same thing. If My God created this sun, no one should be able to create another sun.

Reason:

If I can make the same dish with same quality which you had made, then you are no special than me, why should I call you a great cook?!

You should be unbeatable! MY GOD SHOULD BE UNBEATABLE!

Requirement 4:

No one should be equal to my Lord. There should be a clear cut distinction between the CREATOR and the CREATIONS!

Reason:

If I and my laptop looks the same, works the same (may be it works better than me! :D) then you won’t call me a human but a machine.

If the Creator and the creations are of the same look, same qualities then I won’t call Him a Creator but just another creation.

Requirement 5:

This is very important; whatever God says should over come time! It should have no time limit. It should be applicable in all times, in all areas.

Reason:

The reason is apparent isn’t it? If what God says is inapplicable, you are not going to agree with Him. Are you?

So it should be logical and APPLICABLE!

Only if, ONLY IF one fulfills all these requirements I will call Him a God and I will worship Him..

Good news! We do have a God who fulfills this and much more!

Wanna know how?

Availability 1:

 Creating:

Say, ” Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Prevailing.” [AlQur’aan last part of 13:16]

And your Lord creates whatever He wills and chooses; they have no choice (in any matter). Exalted is Allah and High above all that they associate as partners (with Him).” [AlQur’aan 28:68]

Protecting:

“Say, “Who is it that can protect you from Allah if He intends for you an ill or intends for you a mercy?” And they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or any helper.” [AlQur’aan 33:17]

Destroying:
