God Inside OR Outside?

God Inside or Outside?

Nowadays, we getta common reply from people, “God is no where outside. He is now here ‘inside me’. I just need to realize Him within myself and thats the purpose of life.”

I dont understand whether they know what they are speaking about?!

Lemme try to make them know/realize.

Well..to me.. those who say ‘No God’ and those who say ‘God inside me’ are the same.

The former denies God because of his ignorance and the later denies God even after knowing His presence.

Yep..the second group knows there is a God. Their knowledge will never comfort them denying Him. So what they do, “Ok..God is there bt let him be there ‘inside me'”.

Hmm…

Lemme ask 4 questions to them,

Is God inside you? meaning Are You God?

1. My God created this world and whats inside in it. Bring me another world IF YOU CAN?

2. My God makes the sun to rise from the east. Make it rise from west IF YOU CAN?

3. Try to stop the ‘soul’ which my God takes away..IF YOU CAN?

4. Ehh..juz create a ‘house-fly’ like the one which my God created?

Afterall, you cant even create a ‘house-fly’ and YOU ARE GOD? YOU HAVE GOD INSIDE YOURSELF?

WHATS YOUR EXPLANATION OF GOD IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Unless and untill these kinda ‘evil thoughts’ are erased, there will be people ‘DENYING GOD’.

Islaam just plucks it ‘from its root’!

Two things you need to knw in Islam:

Point 1:

The CREATOR is NOT EQUAL to the CREATIONS.

There is a ‘clear’ ‘distinct’ difference between the Creator and His Creations.

Both will have its similarities ‘only’ in ‘wordings’.

For example:

I see and my God sees.

But for me to see, I need eyes, light. Eventhough if I hv them, I can see only a limited distance.

But my God dont need an eye ‘like us’, no need of light and His vision comprises ‘everything’.

Nothing can escape His sight.

He knows what enters this earth and what leaves it!

“He knows that which goes into the earth and that which comes forth from it, and that which descend from the heaven and that which ascends to it. And He is the Most Merciful, the OftForgiving.” [AlQur’aan Chapter Sheba 34:2]

Because of this we dont worship, ‘man-made’ idols.

Wherever we see, people make God as ‘humans’ or ‘animals’.

Definitely, Islam saves people from the ‘evil’ of worshiping the ‘Creations’.

Point 2:

THE CREATOR WILL NOT BE INSIDE HIS CREATIONS.

Because of this, we NEVER say God is inside a stone, God is inside a tree, God is inside a cow, God is inside you, God is inside me.

All these are the creations of God. God will not be there inside His creations. If there, then He is not a God.

And because we say God is inside us, some will say, “No God is more inside me than You. SO WORSHIP ME” (??!!)

YOU GOT THE EVIL WHICH IT ENDS UP WITH?

Just a small thought,

We decay inside this earth when we die. Then what happens to the God inside us? He decays too?

We believe, God will put some of us into Hell. This means God puts Himself into Hell?

I will NOT attribute sucha ‘disgusting‘ thing to my God. I ask His protection !

Dont look God as an INTERNAL ATTRIBUTE or as an INTERNAL CHARACTERISTIC. He is OUTSIDE us..He is an EXTERNAL ENTITY…. AN EVER LIVING EXTERNAL ENTITY!

When there was ‘nothing’ HE WAS THERE!

When everything will be destroyed ‘to nothing’, ONLY HE WILL BE THERE!

“And do not invoke any other diety with Allah. There is no deity worthy of worship except Him. Everything will be destroyed except His Face. His is the judgement, and to Him you will be returned.” [AlQur’aan Chapter The Stories 28:88]

These two points are ‘life vein’ of Islaam.

These two points makes Islaam ‘distinct’ from other religions.

Finally, I will say what Prophet Abraham (Peace be upon him) said,

Indeed, I have turned my face toward He who created the heavens and the earth, inclining toward truth, and I am not of those who associate others with Allah.” [AlQur’aan Chapter: The Cattle 6:79]

God or Gods?

4 Apr

God or Gods?

We came to know that there is a God and everything is not God. Now the question comes, “How many Gods are there?”

“One, two, three? Hundred? Thousand? 33 million thousand?”

Well… majority of mankind believe in ONE GOD. As I have said, a God should not be deprived of anything. He should have all qualities.

When a God has all qualities, there is no need for another God. Isn’t it?

90% Religions say there is only ONE GOD.

Many people believe in ONE GOD. But they worship MANY GODS!!

For example, if we look at Hinduism (the most apparent multi God religion!)

1.Chandogya Upanishad Chapter 6 Section 2 verse 1

“Ekam Evadvitiyam”

“He is one only without a second.”

(The Principal Upanishad by S. Radhakrishnan pg. 447 & 448)

(Sacred Books of the East Volume 1, the Upanishads Part I Page 93)

2. Shwetashvatara Upanishad Chapter 6 verse 9

 “Nacasya kascij janita na cadhipah”

“Of Him there are neither parents nor Lord.”

(The Principal Upanishad by S. Radhakrishnan pg. 745)

(and in Sacred books of the East volume 15, the Upanishads Part II Page 263)

3. Bhagwad Geeta 10:3

“He, who knows Me as the unborn, as the beginning-less, as the Supreme Lord of all the worlds…”

4. BRAHMA SUTRA OF HINDU VEDANTA

‘Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan”

“There is only one God, not the second, not at all, not at all, not in the least bit”.

There are many verses in the Hinduism Scriptures saying that there is ONLY ONE GOD. And we should worship Him alone.

Unfortunately, when we ask a common Hindu today, He will say there are many Gods, may be 3 or 100 or 1000 or 33000000. (??!!)

My Hindu Readers! Read your Scriptures carefully… you will find that there is ONLY ONE GOD.

Christianity & Judiasm:

The Bible does not support the Christian belief in trinity at all.

One of the scribes once asked Jesus (pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (pbuh) merely repeated what Moses (pbuh) had said earlier:

“Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adonai Ikhad.”

This is a Hebrew quotation, which means:

“Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord.”
[The Bible (King James Version), Mark 12:29]

It is striking that the basic teachings of the Church such as Trinity and vicarious atonement find no mention in the Bible.

Concept of God in Testement:

The following verse from the book of Deuteronomy contains an exhortation from Moses (pbuh):

“Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adna Ikhad”.

It is a Hebrew quotation which means:

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord”
[The Bible, Deuteronomy 6:4]

Unity of God in Book of Isaiah:

The following verses are from the Book of Isaiah:

(i) “I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.”
[The Bible, Isaiah 43:11]

(ii) “I am Lord, and there is none else, there is no God besides me.”
[The Bible, Isaiah 45:5]

(iii) “I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.”
[The Bible, Isaiah 46:9]

But unfortunately uuuunfortunately, today many Christians are worshipping more than ONE GOD. Jesus (Peace be upon Him), Mary (May Allah be pleased with her) and many many so-called Saints.

My Christian and Jewish Readers!

Belief in one God is not just enough for us! We should worship Him alone..!! He deserves our worship, ONLY He deserves our worship!!

Buddishm:

Buddha was silent about the existence or non-existence of God. It may be that since India was drowned in idol worship and anthropomorphism that a sudden step to monotheism would have been drastic and hence Buddha may have chosen to remain silent on the issue of God.

HE DID NOT DENY THE EXISTENCE OF GOD!!

But this was not enough for the cravings of human beings. THEY TOOK A GOD OUT OF BUDDHA!!

Many scholars consider the evolution of God within Buddhism as an effect of Hinduism. Many Buddhists adopted the local god and thus the religion of ‘No-God’ was transformed into the religion of ‘Many-Gods’ – big and small, strong and weak and male and female.

Sikhism:

Mulmantra: The fundamental Creed of Sikhism says,

Sri Guru Granth Sahib, volume 1 Japuji, the first verse:

“There exists but one God, who is called The True, The Creator, Free from fear and hate, Immortal, Not begotten, Self-Existent, Great and Compassionate.”

It believes in strict monotheism!

Zoroastrianism:

God in Zoroastrianism is known as ‘Ahura Mazda’. ‘Ahura’ means ‘the Lord’ or ‘The Master’ and ‘Mazda’ means ‘the Wise’; hence ‘Ahura Mazda’ means ‘the Wise Lord’ or ‘the Wise God’. Ahura Mazda stands for God, in a strictly monotheistic sense.

According to the Dasatir, Ahura Mazda has the following qualities:

  • He is One.

  • He is without an origin or end.

  • He has no father or mother, wife or son.

  • He is without a body or form.

  • Nothing resembles Him.

  • Neither the eye can behold Him, nor the power of thinking can conceive him.

  • He is above all that you can imagine.

  • He is nearer to you than your own self.

So majority of mankind (may be all of them!) believe in ONE GOD ONLY. But they err in worshipping Him.

Thinking that they are worshipping the ONE GOD… actually they are worshipping something OTHER THAN GOD!!

Why is this happening?

What should be the requirements of a GOD?

WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW !!

Are You A ‘Diest’?

1 Apr

Are You A ‘Diest’?

From all these things which we have seen before, can you realize that there is a God which created everything including the universe? You should be sure that nature is not God, love is not God but God is a separate entity. If not take 3 more days and think for yourself.

Still if you cannot believe that there is a God, don’t hesitate to explain your side in the comments section below.

Now we go to the next stage,

There is a God who created this world but thereafter He left the world. He has no control over it or to the lives of the people.

People who believe in this are called ‘Diests’.

Unfortunately most of us are diests. We believe in God but we say that we are free of God’s need.

“Yes there is a God but we don’t need Him” <–Most of us say this, right?

“He don’t need to tell me what the right way is, I will find it for myself” <–We are in this ugliest state.

My Dear Reader, if you are a Diest consider these points.

Point 1:

No one will create something without a purpose. Even you will not create a thing without a purpose. NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION… Isn’t it?

Even you a human will not do it, then how come the Creator of all these excellent excellent things around us, created them without a purpose?

How can you believe that YOU ARE A CREATION WITHOUT A PURPOSE?

You are just putting yourself down..

Think what ‘Your’ Lord says,

“And We did not create the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, in mere play.” [AlQur’aan 44:38]

“Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)?” [AlQur’aan 75:36]

Think think think… How can we be created without a purpose?

Point 2:

“Okey!!! God created me for some purpose but I don’t want Him!” <– Are you saying this?

Oh my little brain! It is not God who needs you. IT IS YOU WHO NEED HIM.

It is you who need Him to BREATHE not your GOD.

It is you who need Him to TWINKLE YOUR EYE not your GOD.

It is you who need Him to WALK, TALK, and SMILE not your GOD.

It is you who need Him to EAT, DRINK, and SLEEP not your GOD.

It is you who need Him in EVERY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE not your GOD!!!

Even if you say NO for all those questions, when there comes a time of necessity, when a lion is in front of you.. You will shout, “O GOD!! SAVE MEEE!!!!

Yes indeed IT IS TRUE,

“O mankind, you are those in need of Allah, while Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.” [AlQur’aan 35:15]

Point 3:

We are in need of our Lord. But to ask our needs to our Lord there are certain ways.

“What certain ways?? He should grant my wishes in whatever manner I ask Him” <–Do you say this?

Look my reader!

There are certain manners, ways for each n every act in our life. We do expect it from our fellow beings, don’t we?

Even if your kid comes n asks u, “You crazy dad/mum! Why can’t you buy a pencil for me?” What u gonna tell her? Will u get the thing for her?

Nope! You are going to teach her to be polite and to be respectfull.

And this is the way, manner she is supposed to follow.

Afterall we human beings expect this, then what about our Lord, the AllPowefull and All Praise Worthy??

Think! You will get what I mean.

Your God will provide you even if you don’t ask Him. BUT THAT WILL NOT BE AN EVERLASTING PROVISION!!

There are certain ways to get that EVERLASTING PROVISION!

And this is a very complex point. People will say, “Only I can say what the correct way is and not the God”.

So we get two sub points here,

a. Ways which people created for themselves.

b. Ways which God created for us.

Point 3a:

Ways which people created for themselves:

Unfortunately, 99.9% ways are created by people. Ways created by people for people. These ways will always have faults in them no matter how perfect we try to make them. We humans always err.

If we look at the religious side, Buddha. Buddha was a man. Even he didn’t call himself as God. The things which he said were good things nothing wrong in them. But where the problem comes is Buddha was a human. He is not here anymore. He will not know if I disobey him.

A X-Buddhist said, “I will say all the mantras of good behaviour then I will cover the statue of Buddha and start drinking wine!!”

“Why because Buddha will never know what I am doing! I am good for the outer world.”

Uhh.. THIS WILL BE RESULT OF FOLLOWING A MAN MADE WAY!

Point 3b:

Ways which God created for us:

Again this is also a very critical point. There is no doubt in saying that we should follow the ways which God wanted us to follow but what is that way?

We have numerous ways claiming that it is the Godly way.

No worries, if you do some research you will find that 99% ways have the works of men init.

May be that way will be revived, renewed, reviewed my men… Whatever it is… even if any microscopic change is done to it… IT IS NOT A GODLY WAY ANYMORE!!

Lets go deeper in the future posts, if God so wills it.

What you have to know from this post is,

1. There is a God.

2. He did not create me and this universe without a purpose.

3. God wanted us to live in a specific manner.

4. If I don’t obey Him, there is no loss for Him.

5. But I will be the loser because it is me who needs Him.
